We only receive the information you choose to give us when you get in touch, which may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number (for example, your WhatsApp number when you message us)
- Your address or the location of the property needing work
- Any details you share about the roofing work you need
When you use the quote tool on our homepage or tap one of our contact buttons, the choices you make (such as the type of work, property type and timeframe, plus your first name if you enter it) are recorded in our private enquiry log so we can respond to you and keep track of enquiries. This log is only accessible to ASAP Roofing and the people who run our website.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- Arrange a visit, carry out work and provide aftercare
- Keep records of work we have carried out
Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we agree to carry out work, we also process your information to perform that contract.
WhatsApp and phone calls
When you tap a quote button, your device opens WhatsApp (or your phone dialler) so you can message or call us directly. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy. We only see the messages you choose to send us.
Cookies and advertising
When you first visit this page we ask for your consent before setting any analytics or advertising cookies. Nothing non-essential is set until you choose “Accept” — if you decline, they stay switched off.
With your consent, we use:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to see how many people visit this page and which parts they use, so we can improve it. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform, and to show adverts to people who may be interested. Governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where necessary to provide our service (for example, with a supplier or colleague helping with your job) or where we are required to by law. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose servers may record standard technical logs (such as IP address) to deliver the page securely.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our service, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and any guarantee, after which we securely delete them.
Your rights
